Why i Can't connect more than one device on my laptop hotspot

i made my laptop into a hotspot by using prompt command but only one device is to able to connect .. is there any option to change block more than one device . how can i solve this problm

Did you left all devices in automatic ip assignment? without a virtual hotspot app, guess you must enable dhcp emulation of a sort of, so devices can get different ip's
