Why can't I connect my Lumia 540 with my Windows XP PC?

i cant connect my lumia 540 with my windows xp pc

i had opened the device manager . i can see the device.. but it says its not configured correctly. help me with this so tht i can trasfer pics n music to my pc.

Xp isn't supported by msft anymore... Time to move on mate...

I agree with Hans, you are leaving your system vulnerable by staying with XP...
