Why I can't connect my phone to my pc using usb cable? (lumia 535,windows 10 mobile preview)

I am using windows 10 mobile build 10586.71 on my lumia 535.I can't connect my phone to my pc using usb cable.The pc can't detect the phone.The phone always shows " Device charging slowly " .I can connect other devices to my pc using usb cable without any trouble.This happens only with my Windowsphone.I have reinstalled the driver software but it didn't work.What can I do?

try a soft reset on the phone (vol down and power at the same time til it vibrates)

try it on another USB port

Try it on another computer* (this will tell you if its the phone or the computer)

Try a different cable in different USB ports.
