While this isn't always a fun response - be patient and try again.
There could many reasons for this happening to you as there are many factors at play when you click that download button. Perhaps there are a millions of other users all trying to download that app at the same time. Perhaps the servers in-between you and said app are in maintenance and are slowing things down. There could be a lot of traffic your neighborhood at the moment you clicked download. The ISP you use could throttle that particular network node.
If the apps aren't downloading, just try again in a few minutes or a few hours. Things will probably be very different.
