Why cant i download apps on my Microsoft lumia 550?

I recently bought a windows 10 lumia 550 and any apps I try and download just stay as pending. I've tried turning it off and on again, but no luck. Anyone have any solutions?

Hi please check under settings > accounts if your Microsoft account (which you used to sign in when setting up the phone) has synced properly.

Also check if time/date and region are set properly.

can you update apps? And are you using cellular data? You cannot update or download apps bigger than 100MB using cellular data

What OS version is your phone on? you can check in settings > system > about > OS build
Second, when you open store, does it show that you're signed in?
