Why can't I download apps on windows 10 mobile?

I'm using the lumia 535 with windows 10 tp build 10166. I've been trying to install an app for the past few days but it just won't happen. Error code is 0x8024402c. Is their any way to fix this. Cheers

Can you update to a newer build? That one looks ancient judging by the number. Lots of improvements and bug fixes have happened since.

Several reports of that have come in, and there does appear to be changes in the store that may be causing issues with build 10166. Build 10581 is actually much faster, more stable, and more reliable. Time to bump it up.
