Why can't I download build 10512 on my Lumia 620?

why can't i download build 10512 in my lumia 620?

I'm using lumia 620 on windows 10 mobile build 10166. my phone shows that the phone is up to date. i don't see any update request for build 10512.

Will i get this build or not?

Download windows insider app
And enrol into fast preview builds and then check for update
