Why can't i download when internet is connected ?

Hi ,
In my phone lumia 540, i cannot download anything/i cannot go to the store/i cannot use internet explorer/i cannot use facebook app/i cannot download any thing from whattsaapp.

But the phone shows that i am connected with the WIFI.

PLEASE some one help me out with this issue

turn off wifi and reboot your device if its not working just reset it thats the only way. also try to turn off wifi sense
