Why can't I find Brothers in Arms 3 in the app store?

i cant find Brothers in Arms 3 in the app store.

I have been searching for brothers in arms 3 in the app store but I cant find it and all the links on the windows store dont work. I'm using a L925 and in the US with windows phone 8.1.

This game release on Windows Phone Store only. Not for Windows 8.1 (PC/Notebook)

Strange, only thing iI can think of that this game has a 16+ rating and that you are to young.

In that case you'll need to create a parent account via my family to adjust settings. (either DIY or enlist a parent/guardian)

Make sure you aren't being restricted if you're under 18, because that happens anyway I believe.

So do I need to go to the Xbox parental settings and check that?
