Why i cant access over my family setup

My mobile is Lumia 540 when i try to download any app it tells me family setup i bought lumia 540 last week and i cant download any thing because of it i tried to read the forums and make family i did it still doesnt work help me please or make it access my phone thank you <3

Sounds like your Microsoft account is part of a Family Safety account. Check with parents or search for family safety online.
