Why can't I get 'get Windows 10 app' on my Windows 8.1 laptop?

I cannot get 'get windows 10 app' on my windows 8.1 laptop

I am using lenovo laptop which has windows 8.1 preinstalled in it. I downloaded the recommended update from microsoft KB3035583 on my laptop and it was successfully installed but I'm still not getting the 'get windows 10 app' on my laptop neither getting its icon in notification bar. I have checked the requirements and my laptop has it all and is compatible for it also my automatic update is turned on. how can i get get windows 10 app? Is there any other way to reserve for windows 10?
