Why can't I get my phone out of the Insider program?

Phone : Lumia 830
OS Version: 10.0.10536.1004 Insider build

I have got in the Insider program a long time ago and upgraded to an iPhone. Right now the Lumia 830 is my back up phone and I need it to be working.

So how can I get out of the preview program since I can't update it further more?

Hi, the easiest option would be to reset your phone with the Windows Device Recovery Tool.
Then upgrade to Win 10 mobile with the Upgrade Advisor App.
Lastly just go the rough the phone updates to get to the Anniversary update.
