If this is a laptop, then it may also be sensing that your battery level is low, or that you aren't using a proper voltage/wattage charger for your particular model. If it is the charger that came with the system, make sure you have at least 70% battery level before you begin, even if plugged in.
If this is a desktop model, then it may be detecting that you are using an Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) and may be incorrectly assessing your power state with that.
If you don't have a tablet, laptop or a UPS, then I have no idea why you are getting the message.
