to bypass this, you can go to it the Microsoft Update Catalog with the follwing URL:
Microsoft Update Catalog

use internet explorer to get the download package, once you install it, go to windows update and check for updates it should report back that your system is up to date

further you will get another update that will fix this issue, for future updates. update package KB3193821

try doing a restart and check again
Or check to see if you have set to download other updates and disable that
