Why can't I install any apps neither in my phone nor in my SD card?

Hi guys I can't install any apps neither in my phone nor in my SD card!!!

I've already installed about 10+ gb of apps in the sd card and then all the apps said that they couldn't install and that i sould try again( about 150+ apps left ). I changed from storage sense the place that I want the apps to be installed ( in the phone )
and I was still getting the same error!!! What I should do???

Sounds like the card may be having issues. Reformat it and try again?
