Why can't I install apps from the Windows store?

cannot install apps from the windows store

Using Window 10 PC, I can purchase apps but when I attempt to install the app all I get is a "working" which has been working for the last two hours.

Go to Settings/Update & Security and make sure you have all the latest updates, reboot the computer, and try the Store again.
