Why can't I install Denim?

Cannot install Denim

My Nokia Lumia 1320 installed with Win 8.1 and updated. Still the software is Cyan and cannot find Cortana.

You need denim for it.Use wifi for it or try this.
1.Install nsu 4.3.2 in your pc and open it
2.With the net on in the pc connect your phone
3.When your phone shows up install the latest firmware available
4.your done.Just do not disconnect the phone from the pc

Btw??cortana depends on your country but try this.
Region US,speech us english
Speech needs to be downloaded over wifi

check here whether your phone recieved denim in your country
