Why can't I Install W10 Nov Update after two failed attempts?

Cannot Install W10 Nov Update after two failed attempts.

I've been trying to install the newest W10 update, but I've been having some trouble.
I've tried 2 times to update my computer but it restores back to my previous version of windows because the update failed.
I've checked Event Viewer and all that gave me was "error 0x8024200D" and nothing else that I saw that could help me.

I'm running Windows 10 Pro on Version 10.0.10240 (Build 10240)
Please help, I'm willing to provide any information necessary to figure out what is wrong.

Be happy just to have it, and to at least have a chance to try again. What of the folks, such as this one, who never received it to begin with.
