Why can't i log on as a non-administrator?
When trying to log on as a non-admin I receive the message: "Windows couldn't connect to the Group Policy Client service, Please consult your system administrator. Also, if logging on as the administrator I can't perform any system functions or even get to the restore ad backup. All backups whether created by me or Windows are gone, there is noting to back up to even if I could. This is the second time this has happened in two weeks and the first time it resolved itself (magic?).
