Why can't I make a complete interest list in Cortana?

Cortana Interests partial list

Hi Guys, I am not able to get the complete list of Interests in Cortana, Any ideas what went wrong!!?

Assuming you have tried all of the "essential" troubleshooting steps, Such as enabling/disabling Cortana, and performing a soft reset, I would suggest a hard reset but, maybe other have some other suggestions.

Where are you located? I believe this is all that you can choose from in Australia and Canada. Only US and UK have more options I believe.
