Why can't I make copy, paste and cut, when I edit the office documents?

why i cannot make copy, paste and cut, when i edit the office documents?

I tried to make copy, paste and cut editing documents but
that is not possible.

You can copy and paste. When you tap on a word and highlight it the option to copy appears above the word. However, I don't see anyway to cut and paste.
