Why can't I open my store?

store can't be opened.

After upgrading to Windows 10, everything was fine. But after the Store updated itself, I get this message:
"Store can't be opened. An update may be available in Store."
How can I update store when I even can not open it??!!

i suggest you do a hard reset after you upgrade and report if the problem still persist.
