Why can't i play multiplayer in asphalt 8?

So i'm trying to play asphalt 8 multiplayer on my windows 8 laptop. Always when i klick multiplayer it says "cannot establish server connection. Please try again laiter.". Also it wont sign in xbox live.

Yes. I have tried to play with two various places wifi networks, and with my phone's net. By the way i did this user after i asked my question. So i'm the same guy.
