Why can't I receive pictures on my Lumia 920?

I cannot receive pictures on my Lumina 920

I was fine receiving pictures on my phone and now I'm not receiving pictures.

On the settings page, swipe over to applications and look for messaging. (settings> applications> messaging) Scroll down until you see "Automatically download MMS". Make sure the toggle switch is selected on. Also check to see if the SMS number is there. Can you access the internet just fine?

No such options on my settings under 8.1 + Lumia (1/2) Denim... ATT 830.
