Why i cannot revert back to 8.1 from insider 10 with nsrt

I am using nokia lumia 520 with windows insider 10 . I want to revert back to 8.1.but i cannot through nokia software recovery tool ,help

I am not sure if it is the same tool to be used. There might be an updated version of the tool or I think it is called windows phone recovery tool.

Have you tried the latest Windows DEVICE recovery tool?? They changed it's name. If that is a no go, I have always found Nokia Software Updater for retail 4.3.2 to do the bizz. That one will even revive a non responsive phone! Just be carefull where you download it from

First of all what error(s) are you experiencing?

Secondly can you describe what is happening with your phone?
