Why can't I roll back to Windows Phone 8.1?

Can't roll back to Windows Phone 8.1!!!

Hi I was trying to roll back today with the Windows Phone recovery tool! I waited for almost an hour and it was still stuck on "Please Wait". I uninstalled and reinstalled the program and I had the same issue and I also tried to repair it but nothing changed. What should I do!!! The phone is a Lumia 820 and my pc is running Windows 10! I've done all the updates on both devices! Please help!

If the recovery tool isn't working take it into your carrier's shop, im pretty sure all the carriers will do it, but definitely go to the one you have, they should be able to get it working.
