Why can't I see Outlook app in notifications?

After the Win 10 I can't see Outlook app in notifications? As its not there, I only SEE notifications, without a SOUND ALERT

Any Ideas.
BTW I have Outlook working fine on Lumia 620 Insider Preview.

Tried to reinstall via STORE, it only says its installed already with no way to uninstall and overwrite.
Any Ideas to this?

Sounds for Apps are a real mess,according to other users. So, Outlook Mail doesn't seem to have been singled out

I had this issue on my 640 with WhatsApp not showing up in notifications. I did get a sound when a message arrived, but couldn't change it. After a soft reset WhatsApp showed up in the notifications settings and I was able to customise it.
