Why can't I see video in some sites?

[Windows Central Question]

I can see video on YouTube, but when a video is in another site, I'm only able to hear it.
Didn't have this problem until I upgraded to windows 10.
I'm using a Toshiba laptop, Satellite, 64bit.

Which browser are you using? I use only chrome and it didn't have any problems with streaming video any where in the internet.
