Why can't I send or receive picture messages?

cannot send or receive picture messages

cannot send or receive pic messages despite several calls , following links , following instructions to enter details manually....desperate for help?

Welcome to the forums.

If you are certain you've entered the correct MMS settings, have Powered Off and Restarted the phone after entering them, are allowed to send MMS messages under the terms of your contract or tariff, and have got credit, suspect a duff SIM card as one possibility.
