Why can't I send or receive pictures?

[Windows Central Question]

I can't send or receive pictures

I transferred my Net10 phone number to my new Win Jr phone and i can not send or receive pictures. I have called Net10 customer service several times, and they have not been able to help me. I am using an AT&T sim card. Can anyone help me with this? I can't call Net10 any more. They are just repeating the same steps over and over again.

It sounds to me like your APN settings aren't correct to allow you to send text messages. Try this post, see if the APN settings will work for you. Let us know if works!
