Why can't I sign into Amazon.com on my Lumia 950?

The Amazon page disappears when the keyboard shows up....My interface becomes black except for the keyboard.

i have a lumia 950 on att and was able to sign into amazon.com via the edge browser.

have you tried the amazon app as a work around? here:

I use the browser just fine.
