Why can't I sync my Outlook mail on my Lumia 920 with WP10 mobile build 10512?

Can't sync my outlook mail on Lumia 920 with wp10 mobile build 10512

Since installing build 10512 I can't sync my outlook mail anymore. All I got is this message."Something went wrong... We're having a problem connecting to dub402-m.hotmail.com. Contact a support person or your service provider." error code: 0x86000107

Updated from wp 8.1 and didn't do hard reset. Also tried with different email servers as someone suggested without no go.
Any ideas?

I restarted my phone and waited 30 mins and it cleared itself.
