I can not sync my Phone and Desktop Edge Favourites and Read List

Hi All,

I have a Microsoft 640XL mobile and a Dell desktop bot have Windows 10 installed.

I can not sync my Phone and Desktop Edge Favourites and Read List. Error message: "Some Windows features are only available if you are using a Microsoft account or a work account."

I had this issue. Had to do a hard reset. Did not opt for restore from backup. After WM10 was fully installed. I did another hard reset. set it up again like new. Signed into MS account. issue resolved. Takes a while for the bookmarks to sync.
