Why can't I take a back up on my Nokia Lumia 930?

I cant take back up on my Nokia Lumia 930 -

I have follow the steps provided by microsoft - and delited my old back up file - but still- the phone tells me that I have a problem with the back up its only back up 96 % and then comes the error message ?
anybody know how to fix this ??

I've been having this issue for a while now and sorry but no one here really answers to issues any more. Only thing stopping me from going win10 and if its not fixed I wont be upgrading to win10
