Why can't I take photos from my Lumia lock screen?

why can't i take photos from My Lumia lock screen?

Hi,

I have a Lumia 435 windows 10 mobile running on build 10586.338 and i just noticed that the photos taken whilst the lock screen is on( from action center) do not appear /exist once you open a photos app!

seriously why would the phone allow taking of photos when locked, only for the photos to disappear? Anyone else experiencing this?

how can i solve this.

It works pefectly via lock screen, which Photo app version you got?

Apperently, i have got all my photos now on photo app ( almost 1 hour after i took them)
is this supposed to work like that/ take that long?

No, photo app takes usually 5 / 10 secs for updating thumbs after opening (it dependes on phone and SD speed)
