Why can't I unlock my Lumia 1020 Windows Phone 10?

I can't unlock my phone lumia 1020 windows phone 10

I installed Windowsphone 10 on my lumia 1020,but I can't unlock my phone. keyboard will not be shown, and i can't write my password.Please help! ?

i have same issue with my 928 after upgrading to Windows 10 for phone.

I had this problem after upgrading my 1520 to Windows 10 yesterday. I ended up restarting my phone (Volume Down + Power), unlocking it, and uninstalling Tetra Lockscreen. That is what fixed my issue, so try to uninstall any lock screen app maybe?

I did a hard reset and did not load my backups and no longer have this issue.
