Why can't I upgrade to Windows 10 on my laptop?

Can't upgrade Window 10 on my laptop

After downloaded and installed, when it done copy all files and start "installing features and drivers", it only run 6% and not run anymore, i'm waiting for hours but it's still 6%. Can anybody tell me what is this problem ?

You will have to force a shutdown by holding the power button.

If it does not resume when you restart the computer you will have to try and begin the upgrade again.

I do same thing u said, but it's still not working, i've try many time but it always not continue run after 6%, the circle light is change to dark and bright, but it's not increase anymore
