Why can't I upload a pic to Facebook (Lumia 930)?

why can't i upload a pic to facebook lumina 930

I am trying to share a pic I took on phone and share it onto facebook ! It took forever and a day for it to upload and I don't even know if it did

Facing the samw problem with my wife's Lumia 930 official Facebook app, as an avid Facebook user herself, she cant upload picture through that app, really sad ;(
