Why can't I use the Go Pro app on my Nokia Lumia 630?

It says I need a gig of memory and I have a 16 gig sd card installed! WTF?
I have to be very careful to not let this post turn into a vicious rant against windowsphones in general. So, let me simply say, I don't like this phone. I don't like windowsphone 8.1. It took me 3 days to figure out the QR Code reader was still on the phone but well hidden. Now if I prop the phone up and fix it in place with Museum Clay and activate the QR code reader it forms a square and studies the code and after 4-5 minutes does nothing. What am i doing wrong?
