What do you mean by "I can't go to my OS"? Did you mean you can't connect your phone to your desktop?

You may try using the Windows Phone Recovery Tool to reinstall the OS of your Alpha Morph.

I just searched and saw that this is a tablet, not a phone.

What OS are you trying to install? Windows 10 or something else?

Have you contacted the manufacturer of your tablet to get recovery media?

You could try this page, not sure if it will have what you need to restore your device but it was the closest I could find:
