Why can't my Lumia 535 show the menu after first turn on?

my lumia 535 can not show menu after first turn on?

when i turn on my phone first time, its display the formal home page. but do not show any menu page or calling option.

You have to pin items to your Start Page. Swipe the "home page" to the left... That is your App list... Find Phone. Hold down on the App name. Tap "pin to start" on the popup menu. Repeat with whatever Apps you want to have on Start.
