Why carrier payment method is disabled in Xbox music?

I want to buy a song but not with my credit card, with credit in my cellphone, but when I'm gonna buy a song and I touch "change payment method" the name is my carrier is in grey (disabled), anyone knows why?
That do not happens in the windows phone store...

Carrier payments are usually reserved for App purchases only, not Music. This is up to your carrier if they'll allow just App, or other payments also.

Which carrier are you with? I have the option on AT&T. Might be worth calling your carrier and requesting it? It might be something they can turn on.

Telcel, mexican carrier... And no... they're dumb as **** in thier telephone help, they don't even know if they have a lumia in stock or not, I doubt they know such a complicated thing >_<
