Why contact sync between Lumia XL and Outlook 2016 PC, both win 10, does not always work?

I have e.g. name Matti Mattila in my phone, including, phone, email, address etc.

The Outlook in PC only has the name and the phone and email, but no address.

Origninally this name was complete in both environments. Why does it lose information. Most contacts/people do sync properly.

Seems that something is breaking a link between your PC Outlook and Lumia and not all fields are synced between the devices.
The only good software I know for syncing Lumia smartphones with Outlook is Akruto. A temporary switch to this software will show whether the problem is in your syncing method or in some settings on your Lumia.
