Why Cortana's theme color not changing ?

When I change accent color from settings > Personalization > Colors > Accent Color on my Windows 10 pro all the theme color changes but not of Cortana. Why it is so ? How can I change that ?
As you can see in the picture , my accent color is red but cortana is still blue.
