Why did I stop receiving new emails?

why did i stop receiving new emails?

I use outlook via windows 10. The last incoming email was received on 11/9. What has changed?

1) Log in into your account via a web browser and check the timestamp on the last received mail.

2) Have you sent yourself a test mail?
