Why did my Windows phone Facebook messenger didnt work

I m using wp since 2 years . Now i m getting a problem in opening Facebook messenger for my version lumia 630. How can I over come it......

If you are using an application for Windows Phone 8.1 developed by Facebook Inc. I think it is because Facebook announced they would be dropping support for their Windows Phone 8.1 apps.

Yeah, using the messenger in the browser may be your best option if you're using a device that only runs WP8.1.
