Why do I consistently have calls dropped on my Lumia 535?

Called Dropped - Lumia 535

I persistently cannot connect or lose connection: "call dropped". My provider O2 remains the same, and I have had no such problems in the past with other mobile 'phones. For example 13 calls in a row have now been dropped.

Please advise whether there is a fix.
