Why do I get 0x80244022 in the Windows Store?

i get error code 0x80244022 when i try to download, update or delete any app from Windows Store, maybe server issues?

I couldn't download the last facebook update and when i search for it now store doesn't find it and on the store page for facebook it keeps loading and loading to no result. I guess server issues too.

for me when trying to download app it stucks at 0.1mb and shows error 0x80244022 after that.. i'll wait with reset..
