Why do I get two notifications in Windows 10 whenever I unlock an achievement on Xbox One?

I get two notifications in Windows 10 whenever I unlock an achievement on Xbox One.

The Xbox application on Windows 10 pops up twice with the same achievement every time I unlock one whilst playing my Xbox One, whether streaming or solely on the Xbox.

This also happens to me, not sure what is causing it.
