Why do I have media content appearing from friends?

Media content appearing from friends. Friends claim they didn't send anything.

I keep getting media content messages from my friends. When I tap on the message it doesn't load. Also, my friends say they aren't sending anything. I get these messages from ALL hours of the day. It's super annoying! I'm going to try a soft reset. Anyone else having this issue?

Your MMS is configured wrong. If it was set up properly you would get the attached content. It sounds like your service provider (or theirs) keeps retrying to get something to you that you never retrieved in the past (auto-resend).
